Privacy Policy

Effective: May 29, 2026 Last updated: May 29, 2026 Parth Kumar

The short version

RecallSpace does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on any server. Everything — your room scans, notes, photos, and events — stays entirely on your iPhone. We have no backend, no user accounts, and no analytics. The app works 100% offline.

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RecallSpace ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the RecallSpace iOS application developed by Parth Kumar. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

We collect absolutely no personal data.

RecallSpace stores the following information exclusively on your device:

None of the above data is ever transmitted off your device. It is saved using iOS local file storage and persists only on your iPhone.

3. No Internet Connection Required

RecallSpace makes zero network requests. The app does not connect to the internet for any purpose — not for syncing, not for analytics, not for crash reporting, and not for ads. All features work completely offline.

4. Camera & Permissions

The app requests camera access solely to power the ARKit room scanning and augmented reality memory placement features. Camera frames are processed in real-time on your device by Apple's ARKit framework and are never saved as video or transmitted anywhere.

5. Analytics & Tracking

RecallSpace contains no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no crash reporters, and no advertising frameworks of any kind. We do not track how you use the app, which rooms you scan, or what memories you create.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties — because we do not have any of your data to share. There are no advertising partners, analytics providers, or data brokers involved.

7. Children's Privacy

RecallSpace does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is inherently safe for all age groups from a data privacy perspective.

8. Changes to This Policy

If the app's data practices ever change in a future version (for example, if optional cloud sync is added), this Privacy Policy will be updated and the new "Last Updated" date above will reflect that change. We recommend reviewing this page occasionally.
